Many people dive right into weight loss and healthy living. They often make drastic changes to their diets and add in hours of exercise all in a day’s time. This is great, but unfortunately this “all or nothing” mindset may deter some from starting any type of lifestyle change. Instead, start by making small changes in your daily routine. Don’t feel like you have make changes in your diet, exercise and mindfulness at once. Start with one and move on as you feel comfortable.
