|With weight loss, many have an all or nothing attitude. We make many changes all at once and expect ourselves to stick with them. We do well for a little while, but then we hit a bump in the road and get off track with one or all the changes. Suddenly, we have gone back to all our old habits.|
Instead, set a goal of being totally on track with your plan at least 80% of the time (5-6 days of the week). This leaves room for tough days or special events that we will learn to handle as time goes on.
